Can I park near the event?

You bet. The Stanley Hotel has plenty of on-site parking. Hotel guests may park for free when they show the attendant their reservation, otherwise it is $10 for a commemorative token that can be redeemed for $5 anywhere on the property.

How do I get there?

Estes Park is just an hour and half from Denver and 35 miles from Boulder and Longmont.  Need directions? Here ya go!

Do you offer other special accommodations?

The possibilities are endless from rooms in our historic Stanley Hotel, to the newly renovated Lodge at The Stanley, our brand new Aspire Residences or the Residences at The Stanley that combine luxurious living with spectacular mountain views!

Are there age limitations?

All Stanley Live events are 21 years and older.

What is the refund policy and terms and conditions?

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.

What IS the BAG POLICY?

All events at Stanley Concert Hall. Approved bags are limited to:

• Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12"x6"x12"

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)

• Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue.

• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
